NPF-12 ANNUAL RADIOACTIVE EFFLUENT RELEASE REPORT Enclosed is the South Carolina Electric & Gas Company (SCE&G) Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report as required by 10CFR50.36a, Sections 6.9.1.8 and 6.14.2 of the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station Technical Specifications, and Section 1.6.2 of the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM). Also enclosed for your review is a copy of Revision 24 of the ODCM. This submittal covers the period of January 1 through December 31, 2006.
