Dear Mr. Swafford:
This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. William Crouch of your staff and Mr. Tomy Nazario on April 16, 2007, concerning a Category 1 meeting which has been scheduled for May 2, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. (CDT). The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss TVAs Browns Ferry Unit 1 Restart Status and is being conducted by our mutual agreement.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
