COMANCHE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION, UNIT 2 - WITHDRAWAL OF A RELAXATION REQUEST (TAC NO. MD2513)
Dear Mr. Blevins:
By letter dated June 22, 2006, you applied for relaxation of the implementation deadline for NRC issuance of First Revised Order EA-03-009 establishing interim inspection requirements for reactor pressure vessel heads at pressurized-water reactors. The relaxation was requested for the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, Unit 2, Operating License number NPF-89.
Subsequently, by letter dated December 18, 2006, you withdrew the relaxation request.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above cited relaxation request is being treated as withdrawn.
