SUBJECT:
SEABROOK STATION, UNIT NO. 1 - CORRECTION OF AMENDMENT RE:
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION TASK FORCE (TSTF)-449, STEAM GENERATOR TUBE INTEGRITY, (TAC NO. MD0696)
Dear Mr. St. Pierre:
By letter dated March 28, 2007, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment No. 115 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-86 for the Seabrook Station, Unit No. 1 (Seabrook), in response to your application dated March 23, 2006, as supplemented by letters dated August 16 and November 28, 2006.
The amendment revised the Seabrook Technical Specifications (TSs) consistent with TSTF Standard Technical Specification Change Traveler, TSTF-449, Steam Generator Tube Integrity, Revision 4. TSTF-449 is part of the consolidated line item improvement process.
Subsequent to issuance, it was identified that the amendment errata sheet issued did not reflect all the pages changed. Specifically, Index pages v, x, and xiv were incorrect. Index pages vi and xv, which were not included on the original Errata Sheet, were also changes by the amendment and should be listed on the errata sheet. The difference in page numbers does not impact the NRC staffs conclusion as documented in the associated Safety Evaluation.
Therefore, the corrected page 1 of the Errata Sheet and TS pages are enclosed for implementation of Amendment No. 115.
Sincerely,
/ra/
