(1) Letter from PSEG to NRC: "Inservice Inspection Program Relief Requests S2-12-RR-B01 and S2-12-RR-CO1, Salem Nuclear Generating Station - Unit 2, Facility Operating License DPR-75, Docket No. 50-311," dated March 21, 2006 (2) Letter from NRC to PSEG: "Salem Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 2, Request for Additional Information, Re: Inservice Inspection Program Relief Requests," dated December 20, 2006 In Reference 1, PSEG Nuclear LLC (PSEG) submitted inspection relief requests S2-12-RR-BOl and S2-12-RR-C01 associated with the Second Ten Year Inservice Inspection (ISI) Interval for Salem Unit 2.
In Reference 2, the NRC requested additional information related to the Reference 1 requests.
Following additional discussion with the NRC Staff, PSEG is withdrawing the Reference 1 relief requests. These requests, along with responses to the Reference 2 questions, may be re-submitted in the future.
