To discuss proposed licensing topical report regarding the decay ratio adder removal from the stability exclusion region methodology for BWROG Stability Solution Options I-D and II. This is the second pre-submittal meeting on this topic. The first pre-submittal meeting was held on December 13, 2005. The meeting notice, meeting summary, and presentation slides from the first meeting are available in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System as Package Accession No. ML060240100.
