I agree, please close the TAC MD00214. The review of the subject is complete and we will provide that to the Region for baseline inspection to verify implementation. We found no issue with the change and concluded that the licensees changes were in accordance with the regulation.

This is a long story shore, beacues originally, we planned on including the result with the review of the Order, and was planning to complete reviews through NRR. Obviously, we been redirected by NRR on the P-changes and OGC regarding the Order.

Peter, In his notes to me during Palisades turnover, Mark stated that this TAC can be closed once TAC MD2255 is completed. MD2255 is the TAC for order EA-06-037. Does it cover Rev.1 changes to the security plan. I just want to confirm this with you before I close TAC MD0214.
