The Turkey Point Fitness for Duty Program uses a random testing rate of at least 50%.

The attachment contains the program performance data, as well as, a list of events reported and a summary of any management actions taken.

• Other: 15 retests observed, 8 due to dilute, all negative and 7 retests due to no temp, which 4 resulted in positives results.

• • 2 of the positive drug tests for marijuana listed above exceeded the Florida Power & Light cutoff level (50 ng/ml) but did not exceed the DHHS/NRC cutoff level of (100 ng/ml). The remaining positive drug test results listed above exceeded the DHHS/NRC cutoff levels. Two short term contractors were positive for marijuana and cocaine on their pre-access test.
