REPORT 05000397/2006006 AND NOTICE OF VIOLATION
Dear Mr. Parrish:
Thank you for your letter of January 25, 2007, in response to our letters and Notice of
Violation dated November 27, 2006, involving a failure to maintain one of the security systems
in an operable condition at the Columbia Generating Station. We have reviewed your reply and
find it responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation. We also noted your
additional information regarding our assessment of one of the violations and have provided
comments to it in the attached Enclosure. We will review the implementation of your corrective
actions during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will
be maintained.
