Dear Mr. Stall:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. Terry Patterson of your staff and Mr. Tim Hoeg of NRC staff on March 5, 2007, concerning a Category 1 meeting which has been scheduled for March 27, 2007, at 3:00 p.m. (DST). The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting, scheduled at our request, is to discuss the NRC Reactor Oversight Process Annual Assessment of St. Lucie Nuclear Plant.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
