Re: An Update Hello Fred, Thanks for the update. I think that's a good step.
A thought comes to mind: When I inspected this I only requested the last 2 or 3 completed surveillance tests for the drain alarm. How difficult would it be to check all surveillance tests since 1978 to see if the drain alarm has been operable except for this one instance? If the 2005 failure was the only one it is better than having a history(?) of failed surveillances.
