REVISION TO LETTER DATED FEBRUARY 26, 2007 REGARDING THE PUBLIC MEETING TO DISCUSS THE 2006 END-OF-CYCLE PLANT PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT OF THE DUANE ARNOLD ENERGY CENTER
Dear Mr. Van Middlesworth:
This letter is a revision of a previous letter sent to you dated February 26, 2007. The original letter indicated the day/date of the meeting was Tuesday, April 5, 2007; it should have stated Thursday, April 5, 2007. All other information remained the same.
This letter confirms our plans to conduct a meeting with Florida Power and Light and the Duane Arnold Energy Center plant management. The purpose of the meeting is for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) to present the end-of-cycle assessment results. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 5, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. (CDT), at the Palo Community Center. This meeting is open to the public. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
