Attached are the performance data sheets that include statistics on the various categories of testing, substances for which testing is conducted, random testing rate, and a summary of management actions.

The differences in test results between Page 1 and Page 2 of the Performance Data Summary is due to two specimens being reported positive for two separate substances. In addition, 5 of the positive alcohol tests were confirmatory blood serum tests. These are indicated as "Other" Linder testing results.

MANAGEMENT ACTIONS:

None.

APPEALS:

Four appeals were received during this reporting period; in these appeals the denials were upheld.

EVENTS:

There were no events identified as 24-hour reportable in accordance with 10 CFR 26.73 during this reporting period.

TEMPORARY SUSPENSIONS:

No temporary suspensions or administrative actions were taken against individuals based on on-site presumptive positive drug results.

TESTING RATE:

The random testing rate for the second half of 2006 was 54% of the half-year average total population. The random testing rate for the year of 2006 was 58%, based on an average testing pool population of 1870 individuals.
