GRAND GULF NUCLEAR STATION, UNIT 1 - CORRECTION TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGE TO THE FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE COMMISSION ORDER EA-06-037 AND REVISIONS TO PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION PLAN, AND SAFEGUARDS CONTINGENCY PLAN (TAC NO. MD2230)
Dear Mr. Brian:
By letter dated January 24, 2007, consistent with the Order EA-06-037 requirements, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued an administrative change to the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station Facility Operating License No. NPF-29 to incorporate the reference to the revised physical security plan, training and qualification plan, and safeguards contingency plan.
The NRC staff noticed an inadvertent error, an incomplete sentence in the safety evaluation,. The first sentence in Section 3.0, "Discussion," is incomplete. The conclusions of the Safeguards Evaluation are not affected.
Please replace Page 3 of the Safeguards Evaluation, Enclosure 2 of the letter dated January 24, 2007, with the enclosed page. This corrected page of the Safeguards Evaluation (the Enclosure) to this letter is designated exempt from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
