On February 22, 2007, Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG) announced that their Board of Directors elected Mr. Ralph Izzo as the company's chairman and chief executive officer (CEO), effective April 1, 2007. He will succeed Mr. Jim Ferland, who is retiring after more than two decades. Mr. Izzo also will remain as the company's president.
