MILLSTONE POWER STATION UNITS 2 AND 3 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS 2006 ANNUAL REPORT In accordance with the referenced Technical Specifications (TS) reporting requirements for Millstone Unit 2 (MPS2) and Millstone Unit 3 (MPS3), Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc (DNC) hereby submits the following information for the period January 1, 2006, to December 31, 2006.
" MPS2 did not perform any steam generator tube inspections during the period indicated (TS 6.9.1.5b).
" MPS2 did not experience any exceedance of the specific activity limits set forth under TS 3.4.8 (TS 6.9.1.5c).
" MPS3 did not experience any exceedance of the specific activity limits set forth under TS 3.4.8 (TS 6.9.1.2b).
