On February 13, 2007, Florida Power and Light Company (FPL) announced the following management changes, effective immediately:
Mr. William Jefferson Jr., has been named site vice president at Turkey Point Nuclear Power Plant. Mr. Jefferson most recently has been responsible for various special project initiatives in the Nuclear Division, including serving on the generation integration team for FPL Group and Constellation Energy in 2006. Prior to this, he served as site vice president at the St. Lucie nuclear power plant since 2003.
Mr. Jefferson replaces Mr. Terry Jones who has been appointed to oversee the FPLs integration of the Point Beach Nuclear Power Plant in Wisconsin.
