Re: Split Sampling Schedule Jim, Larry just informed me that he had spoken with Tom on Friday and they were shooting for the first week in Dec.

That means that tentatively we are looking at the boundary wells next week and the LaFarge and USGS wells the following week.

We need to make sure Entergy can support both the LaFarge and USGS wells in the same week.

I will send an e-mail to Jay on that and cc you.

Tim

Dear Tim,

Thanks for perservering. Yes, the NRC is also interested in sample splits for these background wells. Count us in.

Regards, Jim

Hello Jim and Jay, We should be able to have someone available for part of next week and/or the following week for observing sample collection from the boundary and LaFarge wells. We are trying to keep schedules open for it. Obviously, the sooner we have more detailed info on what might be sampled when, the better.

Also, we started to talk about sampling the USGS wells a couple of times last week and kept getting sidetracked. Are the NRC and Entergy still interested in splits for these? If so, we need to try to set a date (week?) soon for this. It has been hanging over our heads for some time now, and I would like to get this one out of the way before the snow and really bitter cold set in.

Please let me know your thoughts on scheduling for these efforts.

Have a Happy Thanksgiving, Tim
