APPROVAL OF FINAL STATUS SURVEY REPORT FOR THE CORNELL UNIVERSITY WARD CENTER FOR NUCLEAR SCIENCES REACTOR FACILITIES
Dear Mr. Fay:
By letter dated January 19, 2007, Steve Beyers of your staff submitted the Final Status Survey Report (FSSR) for the Ward Center for Nuclear Studies at Cornell University (ML070320517).
We have reviewed the FSSR and determined that the survey data presented is in accordance with the Decommissioning Plan and Final Status Survey Plan previously approved and that the FSSR is therefore acceptable.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, a copy of this letter and the referenced correspondence will be available electronically in the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Public Document Room or from the Publically Available Records (PARS) component of the NRC's document system (ADAMS) at the referenced ML numbers. ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
