REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON REQUEST FOR EXEMPTION FROM CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS OF 10 CFR 74.19(B) AND 10 CFR 74.19(C)
Dear Mr. Berg:
I am responding to your letter dated July 26, 2006 (revised letter with corrected page numbers received August 22, 2006) (LAC-13916), which forwarded your request for exemption from certain requirements of 10 CFR 74.19(b) and 10 CFR 74.19(c) for U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff review and approval. The staffs technical review has identified several areas that require additional information in order for the staff to complete its review. The enclosed request for additional information identifies the information to be submitted. This request for additional information was discussed with your staff on February 1, 2007.
