NRIC, "Request for Enforcement Discretion Technical Specification 3.1.7, "Standby Liquid Control (SLC) System" Dated January 22, 2007 Per the referenced letter, Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) submitted the formal request for a Notice of Enforcement Discretion (NOED) associated with Technical Specification (TS) 3.1.7, "Standby Liquid Control (SLC) System," for Dresden Nuclear Power Station (DNPS) Unit 2. The letter incorrectly stated that the NOED was verbally granted by the NRC on January 19, 2007, at 0503 hours0.00582 days <br />0.14 hours <br />8.316799e-4 weeks <br />1.913915e-4 months <br /> (CDT). The actual time was 0503 (CST).
