REQUEST FOR PUBLICATION IN BIWEEKLY FR NOTICE - NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT TO POSSESSION ONLY LICENSE GPU Nuclear, Inc., Docket No. 50-320, Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 2, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania Date of amendment request: October 10, 2006 Brief description of amendment: The amendment revises Technical Specification Surveillance Requirement 4.1.1.3 to extend the containment airlock surveillance frequency from once per year to once every five years.
Date of issuance: February 7, 2007 Effective date: February 7, 2007 Amendment No.: 61 Possession Only License No. DPR-73: The amendment revises the Technical Specifications.
