APPROVAL OF DECOMMISSIONING PLAN AND AMENDMENT OF LICENSE FOR INDIAN POINT UNIT 1, CONSOLIDATED EDISON COMPANY OF NEW YORK, INC.
This is to advise you that the Commission (Chairman Jackson, exercising delegated authority pursuant to a delegation from the Commission%, in accordance with NRC Reorganization Plan No.
1 of 1980) has not objected to staff approval of the Indian Point Unit 1 Decommissioning Plan and the associated amendment that renews the license and revises the Technical Specifications.
