Dear Mr. Stall:

This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. J. Connolly of your staff and myself of this office on January 10, 2007, concerning a management meeting (Category One) which has been scheduled for February 1, 2007, at 10:30 a.m. The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the status of the licensee's corrective actions on the Turkey Point substantive cross-cutting issue, and is being conducted at your request.
