OFFICE OF SECRETARY RULEMAKINGS AND ADJUDICATIONS STAFF RE: #RIN3150-AG63 I think security guards should be moved back to the main entrance near Route 441 at TMI, and I do not think it is safe with the guards to only be at their present location closer to the plant. (I think they should be at both locations actually.)
