This letter forwards to you personal privacy information associated with the operator licensing examinations administered during the week of December 11, 2006. This information supplements the publicly available information in the examination report. Enclosure 1 lists individual grades for all candidates. Enclosure 2 includes individual candidate summaries for all candidates (NRC Operator Licensing Form 301N). Enclosure 3 includes the individual answer sheets for the candidates who took a written examination and Enclosure 4 includes the individual license and denial letters for all candidates.
