Dear Administrative Judges; On December 8, 2006, draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement for License Renewal of Nuclear Plants, Supplement 29 (draft SEIS), regarding Pilgrim Nuclear Power Plant, was issued. On that date, lead counsel and/or representative for each of the parties to this proceeding were served with a copy of the draft SEIS, as indicated in the attached distribution list.
This is to confirm that four copies of the draft SEIS for the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station were hand-delivered to the ASLBP offices today, December 12, 2006.
DOCKETED USNRC The draft SEIS is on ADAMS at accession no. ML063260173.
