PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN CHANGES FOR THE PENNSYLVANIA STATE UNIVERSITY BREAZEALE REACTOR (PSBR)
Dear Dr. Sears:
This letter acknowledges receipt of your letter dated December 22, 2006, which transmitted changes to the Physical Security Plan for the PSBR submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
Based on your determination that your implementation of the changes would not decrease the effectiveness of your security plan, no NRC approval is required in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p). The changes are subject to inspection to confirm that they have not decreased the effectiveness of your security plan.
You designated that your letter and enclosure contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.390 and, therefore, your letter and enclosure will be withheld from public disclosure.
