,'ear Vermont Yankee, LLC and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Entergy) and the State of New Hampshirz have entered into the following stipulation to establish mutually acceptable responsibilities:
New Hampshire will not be required to make the disclosures specified in 10 C.F.R. $
2.336 unless and until it decides that it will submit testimony advocating a position on one of the contentions (or unless at some point it is granted party status).
If New Hampshire decides that it will participate by submitting testimony on a contention, it will 30 days prior to filing such testimony provide the disclosure specified in 10 C.F.R. $ 2.336(a)(l) (identifying the testifying expert and bases for the expert's opinion), and include any specific documents upon which the expert witness will rely, but will not be required to provide ally broader disclosures (k, New Hampshire will not be required to disclose all documents relevant to the contention).
Entergy in turn will serve New Hampshire with copies of its written disclosures (the pleadings served on the Board and parties), which will include the identification of witnesses and bases for their opinion, but will not provide the documents that are provided separately on compact disks to the parties.
New Hampshire has authorized Entergy to submit this stipulation on its behalf.
