In a letter from Timothy W. Anderson (The Northern Trust Company) to James [. Dyer (NRC), "Notice of Disbursement from Decommissioning Trusts for Braidwood Station; Units 1 and 2; Byron Station, Units 1 and 2; Dresden Nuclear Power Station, Units 1, 2 and 3; LaSalle County Station, Units 1 and 2; Quad Cities Nuclear Power Statio p, Units 1 and 2, and Zion Nuclear Power. Station, Units 1 and 2," dated November2, 2006, The Northern Trust Company provided the NRC written notice 30 days prior to disbursement of funds from the subject nuclear stations' decommissioning trusts to Exelon Generation Company (EGO). This 30 days prior written notice was madý in accordance with each station's Facility Operating License.
Based on discussions with representatives of EGC on November 30, 2006, The Northern Trust Company is withdrawing the "Notice of Disbursement from Decommissioning Trusts" for Braidwdod Station, Units 1 and 2; Byron Station, Units 1 and 2; and LaSalle County Station, Units 1 and 2; and will not disperse funds frcm the decommissioning trusts for these three nuclear stations.
