This letter confirms the discussion between members of our staffs to have a meeting at 9:00 a.m. (EST) on Wednesday, January 24, 2007, at the Four Points By Sheraton Akron West, located at 3150 W. Market Street, Fairlawn, Ohio 44333.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss FENOC performance. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have an opportunity to speak with the NRC after the business portion of the meeting, but before the meeting is adjourned.
