Dairyland Power Cooperative (DPC) consents to the orders transmitted in the above referenced correspondence and attachments. Many of the requirements imposed by the orders are currently in place. Pending NRC approval of our Reviewing Official(s), DPC shall be in full compliance with all requirements for receipt of Safeguards Information. As licensee, DPC nominates Roger E. Christians, Daniel D. Tesar, and Martin G. Moe as our Reviewing Officials. Fingerprint cards, FBI identification, and criminal history records checks for these individuals have been completed and are on file with favorable decisions.

A great deal of material must be reviewed, classified, and properly marked to ensure compliance. These processes require, for appropriate performance, an estimated completion date of no later than December 31, 2007.
