ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSED REVISION TO ITEM 3(f) OF THE ISFSI SECURITY ORDER FOR THE YANKEE NUCLEAR POWER STATION (TAC No. J00316)
Dear Mr. van Noordennen:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff has received your application dated November 15, 2006, for a proposed revision to item 3(f) of your response to the ISFSI Security order dated October 16, 2002, for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station. We have completed the initial processing, which is an administrative review, and have accepted your application for a more detailed technical review. The more detailed technical review may identify omissions in the submitted information or technical issues that require a request for additional information (RAI). These would be forwarded to you under separate cover in the future. The staff expects to complete its review by May 15, 2007, if no RAI is required.
