In response to NRC Regulatory Issue Summary (RIS) 2003-02, dated February 3, 2003, Energy Northwest is providing advance notice of the anticipated schedule to submit the license renewal application for Columbia Generating Station.Energy Northwest plans to submit the license renewal application in January 2010. This schedule reflects the-current, planning and best estimate of the submittal date. While Energy Northwest does not anticipate any significant change to the application submittal date, the NRC staff will,,be notified if future planning results in schedule changes.Should you have any questions or need additional information, please contact JM Frisco at 509-377-4078.
