JOINT STIPULATION AND MOTION ON DISCLOSURE In the interest of facilitating disclosures in this proceeding, Entergy Nuclear Generation Company and Entergy Nuclear Operation, Inc. (Entergy), Pilgrim Watch, and the NRC Staff (jointly referred to as the Parties) have jointly agreed that (1) the privilege logs required by 10 C.F.R. § 2.336(a)(3) and (b)(5) need not identify documents that are subject to the attorney-client or work product privilege (it being understood that non-privileged attachments to such documents are subject to disclosure), and (2) supplemental disclosures required by 10 C.F.R. § 2.336(b) will be provided within 30 days, rather than 14 days. The Parties request that the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board approve this agreement and, as permitted by 10 C.F.R. §§ 2.319 and 2.336(a), modify the disclosure obligations accordingly.
