Draft Outline submittal Aug 9th, 2006 Written Comments:

1. Outline labeling at top of outlines for T2G1 and T2G2 is incorrect on outline submittal-fixed in draft exam submittal.

2. T2 G2 count is incorrect and subsequent skyscraper is incorrect-071 system for waste gas has K6 marked when should be A3.

3. System 007/E02 for CE T1G1 is over sampled with Q39 and Q54 since didn't select all others prior to selecting second choice on this topic (ie 0029 ATWS or 0065 loss of Instrument air).

4. Selected 054 loss of Main feed water twice with Q48 and Q56, similar to # 3 comment above.

5. Consulted with NRR (Fred Guenther) on Outline sampling issues. Contractor had selected multiple topics for questions on the same line item for reactor trip / stabilization / recovery under system numbers 0000007 for Westinghouse and CE/E02 for Combustion Engineering, which causes the outline to be weighted heavy in reactor trip topics and is not allowed. NRR agreed with region and the outlines were changed for better exam distribution of topics.
