The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has reviewed your petition, dated May 16, 2006, as supplemented by letter dated June 26, 2006. The NRC staffs proposed Directors Decision is enclosed.
I request that Service Employees International Union (the Petitioner) provide comments to me on any part of the proposed decision that the Petitioner believes to be erroneous, or any issues in the petition that, the Petitioner believes, have not been addressed. The NRC staff will review any comments provided by the Petitioner and consider them in preparing the final version of the Directors Decision. The Petitioner will have no further opportunity to comment.
