Dear Mr. Leidich:
I am responding to your letter dated October 10, 2006, which forwarded the Technical Specification Change Request No. 84 for U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff review and approval. We have completed the initial processing of your request, which is an administrative review.
We have determined that the information provided in the document is sufficient to begin the technical review. Please note that the technical review may identify omissions in the submitted information or technical issues not identified during the administrative review that require additional information. The technical review will be completed 90 days from the date of this letter.
