Steam Generator Tube Plugging Report PSEG Nuclear, LLC (PSEG) hereby submits the steam generator tube plugging report for Salem Unit No. 2 as required by Technical Specification 4.4.6.5.a for Facility.
Operating License DPR-75. The steam generator tube in-service inspections were completed on October 24, 2006, during the Unit 2, fifteenth refueling outage (2R1 5).
The following is a summary of the tubes plugged during 2R1 5 as a result of eddy current inspections:
