Dear Administrative Judges:
Pursuant to the Boards October 24, 2006 Order, this is to inform the Board and the parties of the estimated dates of completion of the NRC staffs Safety Evaluation Report (SER) and Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS). The SER with Open Items is scheduled to be issued on March 1, 2007, and the final SER is scheduled to be issued on July 1, 2007.
The Draft SEIS is scheduled to be issued on December 8, 2006 and the final SEIS is scheduled to be issued on July 27, 2007.
