UNIT I - DOCKET NO. 50-445 TRANSMITTAL OF UNIT 1 REACTOR VESSEL SURVEILLANCE CAPSULE X ANALYSIS REPORT
Dear Sir or Madam:
TXU Generation Company LP (TXU Power) has completed analysis of Capsule X from the Unit 1 Reactor Vessel Radiation Surveillance Program. As an enclosure to this letter, TXU Power is transmitting the following report in accordance with 10CFR50, Appendix H (IV A).

Two (2) copies of WCAP-16610-NP, Revision 0, "Analysis of Capsule X from the TXU Energy Company Comanche Peak Unit I Reactor Vessel Radiation Surveillance Program," September 2006, (Non-Proprietary).
No change in the pressure-temperature limits associated with the Unit 1 Technical Specifications, or in the operating procedures required to meet these limits, is required by this report.
This communication contains no new or revised commitments.
