Conceptual Pilot Well Extraction Test of RW-1 Mr. Nimitz:
Per your call on August 7, 2006 at 1445 hours0.0167 days <br />0.401 hours <br />0.00239 weeks <br />5.498225e-4 months <br /> you requested information on the potential Pilot Well Extraction Test on RW-1, as part of an inquiry you received from the Journal News newspaper on this subject.
As I stated, this potential pilot test is at this point in the conceptual stages, and as information is received from our hydrology vendor, it will be reviewed by Entergy and discussed with the NRC and State of New York.
I have forwarded your request for more information on this subject to Mr. Gary Hinrich who will be getting back to you on information relative to this activity.
