WOLF CREEK GENERATING STATION - WITHDRAWAL OF RELIEF REQUEST NO. I2R-51 (TAC NO. MC9516)
Dear Mr. Muench:
By letter dated November 29, 2005 (ET 05-0028), the Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation (the licensee) requested relief from the requirements of Section XI of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code for the examination of reactor vessel nozzle-to-vessel welds. This is Relief Request (RR) No. I1R-51.
In its letter dated August 21, 2006 (ET 06-0037), the licensee withdrew this relief request.
Therefore, this letter closes out the Commissions review of RR No. I1R-51, and the associated TAC No. MC9516.
