ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RECEIPT - FENOC RESPONSE TO NRC LETTER STATUS OF CONFIRMATORY ACTION LETTER INSPECTIONS, DATED AUGUST 31, 2006
Dear Mr. Pearce:
This acknowledges receipt of your letter dated October 17, 2006, which responded to the Nuclear Regulatory Commissions letter entitled Status of Confirmatory Action Letter Inspections, dated August 31, 2006. We have reviewed your response and understand that FENOC is prepared for the upcoming scheduled Confirmatory Action Letter (CAL) followup inspections that will review the effectiveness of your actions to address Human Performance, Corrective Action Program Implementation and Maintenance Procedure Adequacy. We have no further questions at this time.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS),
accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
