Dear Mr. Edington:
By letter dated October 19, 2005, you applied for the Fourth 10-Year Inservice Testing Interval Program Relief Requests RP-08, RP-09, RP-10, RP-11, RP-12, RP-13, and RP-14. These requests were discussed between David Van Der Kamp, Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS)
Licensing Supervisor, and Brian Benney, Nuclear Regulatory Commission, CNS Project Manager. Subsequently, by letter dated October 11, 2006, you withdrew the relief requests.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above-cited application is being treated as withdrawn.
