Dear Mr. Gasser:
This letter is to inform you that as of October 15, 2006, Mr. Robert Martin will be assigned as the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Project Manager (PM) for the Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant (Hatch) and for the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant (Vogtle) and Ms. Karen Cotton will be assigned as the PM for the Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant (Farley).
Mr. Martin will be assigned as the backup PM for Farley and Ms. Cotton will be assigned as the backup PM for Hatch and Vogtle.
Please update your distribution to include Mr. Martin to receive licensing correspondence for Hatch and Vogtle and Ms. Cotton to receive licensing correspondence for Farley. Mr. Martin may be reached at (301) 415-1493, and Ms. Cotton may be reached at (301) 415-1438.
