Following the conclusion of the court-reported intervie elated the following information in substance:

stated that he recalled a conyersation last summer [2001 h who was a DZNPS welder who worked forW Kewaunee. i*hat as upset that he had not been selected as the foreman for the crew.

previously stated during the court reported interview, that because o ý shoert. of moneyfor the DZNPS contract, layoffs came several weeks earlier than planned. a"ted, at things "got ugly" for Afew weeks after early layoffs were announced at Kewaunee.told that since he had not been selected as foreman, "people would go down," and he could make trouble for them. stated that he felt these accusations might be the result 0'g to get even with him. 7: C.
