Pursuant to Grand Gulf Nuclear Station (GGNS) Technical Requirements Manual Section 1.04, Entergy Operations, Inc. hereby submits an update of all changes made to GGNS Technical Specification TRM since the last submittal (GNRO-2006/00052) letter dated September 21,2006 to the NRC from GGNS. This update is consistent with update frequency listed in 10CFR50.71 (e).

SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENTS SR 6.2.2.6 Verify that a sample of diesel fuel from each required fuel storage tank, obtained in accordance with ASTM-D4057-88, is within the acceptable limits specified in Table 1 of ASTM D975 when checked for viscosity, water and sediment.
I SURVEILLANCE I
SR 6.2.2.1 Verify each fire water storage tank contains 2 210,000 gallons.
SR 6.2.2.2 For batteries associated with a required diesel driven fire pump, verify the electrolyte level of each cell in each battery is above the plates.
AND For batteries associated with a required diesel driven fire pump, verify the overall battery set voltage is 2 24 volts.

Not required to be met when 2 diesel driven fire suppression pumps are operable.
Start the electric motor driven fire suppression pump and operate it for at least 15 minutes.
SR 6.2.2.4 Verify that each required manual, power operated or automatic valve in the flow path is in its correct position.
SR 6.2.2.5 Verify the fuel storage tank for each required diesel driven fire pump contains 2 300 gallons of fuel.
AND Start each required diesel driven pump from ambient conditions and operate it 2 30 minutes.
