EDO Briefing Undine, I need to set up a briefing with the EDO regarding an enforcement action that we plan to take regarding Salem/Hope Creek (Dr Kymn Harvin concerns - discrimination and safety conscious work environment).

We plan to issues letters to both the licensee and Dr. Harvin by the end of this month.

Commissioner Merrifield had shown an interest in this case in the past and I assume that he would like a briefing on this topic also. Due to the political sensitivity of the issue, we feel that the Commissioners TA's would also want to be briefed.

I would like to set something up for the week of March 28, 2005, Tuesday or later in the week, if possible.

I will be out of the office March 11 and 14; if you have any questions regarding the issue during my absence, please call Frank Congel, Director OE, for more information.

Thanks for you help in arranging the briefings.

Russ Arrighi, Senior Enforcement Coordinator.

Re: EDO Briefing Russ, I will find out if Cm Merrifield would like a briefing that would also include the TAs for the other Commissioners or ifwe should just have a TA brief.

On the chance that it will be a TA briefing, I will need 3 proposed dates/times when the staff would be available.

Thank you Undine
