Pending before the Board are two Requests for Hearing and Petitions for Leave to Intervene filed by the Massachusetts Attorney General and the non-profit citizens group, Pilgrim Watch, challenging the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station License Renewal Application submitted by Entergy Nuclear Generation Company and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc.
Based upon there having been a number of filings and events in this proceeding after oral argument was held in July 2006, including a notice issued by Judge Nicholas Trikouros in response to motions that he recuse himself as member of the Licensing Board, and the 1 Copies of this order were sent this date by Internet e-mail transmission to all participants or counsel for participants.
reconstitution of the Board on August 30, 2006, the reconstituted Board anticipates issuing its decision on the Petitioners hearing requests by the middle of October 2006.
